Our Attorneys

We are a local firm with experienced, licensed attorneys

Our clients have often worked their whole lives, only to be denied the benefits they deserve when they need them most. Unfortunately, only about 28% of applications are initially approved.  Don’t be discouraged. You need a licensed attorney to help navigate the lengthy and confusing disability appeals process.  You may have heard about “non-lawyer advocates” at other local firms or the national firms on TV.  An “advocate” did not receive the years of training, nor are they held to the stringent ethical standards imposed on attorneys.  Our attorneys are members of NOSSCR – The National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
