Here at Collins Price, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it unfolds. We understand that this is a time in which we have all had to make changes in our personal and work lives. However, we would like to assure you that the Social Security Administration continues to process disability claims virtually and that we are accepting new clients per normal. We will continue to serve you and our North Carolina community to help with their social security disability claims during this time of change and uncertainty.
Your well-being is our top priority and, as such, we will be following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers For Disease Control and our local health officials on how we can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. As it stands now, we are working 100% remotely and at the request of the Social Security Administration, conducting hearings by phone.
We are still keeping our regular hours at our 3 locations in Winston-Salem, Lexington and Mount Airy, and continue to accept new clients and perform work as normal for existing clients. We do not anticipate any disruption to the Social Security Administration’s hearing schedule or to our normal operations at this time. Should this change, we will update our clients personally. In the meantime, you can find regular updates from us via our Facebook. Thank you for your continued patience and trust in us as we navigate these unusual circumstances together.
